Fil is one of two partners in the company. Long time resident of Cambridge, Fil grew up in a neighborhood that erupted with real estate. He is a Bentley Alum, where he studied Finance and Risk Management.
During his free time, he coaches his children's hockey and softballs team. He is an avid golfer. He resides in Stoneham with his family and two dogs.

John too is a long time resident of Cambridge. He attended Northeastern University for undergrad and more recently graduated from New England Law Boston. He successfully passed his Bar Exam and practices Real Estate full-time.
John resides in Wilmington with his wife and two boys. He enjoys cooking and skiing.
